If you have purchased packs or boxes of our Webkinz Trading Cards, and you find they are damaged or defective in any way, please return the sales receipt, all contents, and packaging to:

Be sure to include a letter detailing the problem, along with your first and last name, your Webkinz User Name, your address information, and a phone number in case we need to contact you for any reason.

If you find that a single card is damaged when you open a pack, please send the damaged card(s) and packaging, along with your letter, to the address listed above. Please keep in mind that we are not able to support individual items purchased on the secondary market.

announced the release of Webkinz Figures

! These cool PVC figures have your favorite Webkinz pets all dressed up and having fun! There is a rockin’ Beagle, a panda bowling at the KinzPinz lanes, a Yorkie cheerleader, and many more!

Every Webkinz figure comes with a Feature Code that unlocks a virtual version of the figure that you can put into your pet’s room, and an awesome item not available anywhere else! Your first Webkinz figure will also come with a display case to hold all of your Webkinz figures. The display case fits onto your pet’s wall and can be viewed by your friends when they visit your pet’s house!

There are 24 figures to collect. Check out the Feature Code Prizes section of the Code Shop to see all of the great figures and their cool prizes!

Trading through KinzPost is not secure though and we do not recommend the practice. We will be adding a secure item-for-item trading feature to Webkinz World in the coming months.

We recognize that many items in Webkinz World are hard to come by and that trading may seem difficult, but we must ask that all members abide by the User Agreement and keep all item exchanges within Webkinz World itself.
